Working in partnership with our in-house catering team, Graysons, we are committed to serving food that is not only delicious and beautifully presented, but also responsibly sourced. Every menu is built around quality ingredients, seasonal produce and a genuine respect for the people and environments that make great food possible.
Supporting Producers and Partnerships
Graysons work closely with trusted farmers, growers and independent producers, sourcing directly wherever possible. By building long-term relationships with suppliers who share our values, we can ensure exceptional quality, full traceability and a fairer return for the people producing our food.
Our commitment to British agriculture runs deep. We champion local and regional suppliers, celebrate seasonal ingredients and seek out producers who prioritise animal welfare, environmental stewardship and traditional farming practices.

Food culture is constantly evolving, but some traditions are worth preserving. Through our support of Slow Food and like-minded organisations, we help champion heritage breeds, traditional crop varieties and sustainable farming methods that might otherwise be lost.
At the same time, our chefs embrace creativity and innovation, combining the very best British ingredients with global influences to create menus that feel fresh, exciting and relevant to today’s tastes.

This includes reducing single-use plastics, sourcing with care, improving resource efficiency and supporting suppliers who demonstrate strong environmental and ethical standards.

Their long-standing partnership with Slow Food UK has also helped establish Graysons as one of the UK’s leading sustainable caterers, earning recognition as the UK’s most sustainable caterer for five consecutive years. In 2025, Graysons was further honoured with the Slow Food UK Special Pioneer Award, one of the organisation’s highest accolades, recognising exceptional leadership and a long-term commitment to food that is good, clean and fair.
